METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD PAVEMENT MATERIALS WHICH IS USING THE MODIFIED ASPHALT EMULSION AND VERY-EARLY STRENGTH WATERPROOF CONCRETE AND ROAD PAVEMENT MATERIAL MANUFACTURED THEREBY
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of road paving materials for room temperature construction using modified asphalt emulsion, a road paving material composition manufactured by the same and a construction method using the same are provided to obtain concrete neutralization prevention property and to enhance strength, flexibility, bonding strength, abrasion resistance and durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of road paving materials for room temperature construction using modified asphalt emulsion comprises the following steps: manufacturing polymer modifier including styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) dispersion; manufacturing asphalt emulsion by emulsifying the asphalt in water; manufacturing modified asphalt emulsion by mixing the polymer modifier with asphalt emulsion; manufacturing cement composition for hardening promotion; and mixing the modified asphalt emulsion with the cement composition for hardening promotion in order to manufacture a road paving material composition. The cement composition for hardening promotion comprises hauyne clinker powder including calcium sulfo aluminate, gypsum powder in which anhydrous gypsum and hemihydrate are mixed, Portland cement, and silica fume.
