PURPOSE: A surgical instrument, a surgical mesh therefor, a surgical retractor, and a surgical method using the same are provided to continuously optimize a retraction state of a tissue by including a retraction string with elasticity to connect a mesh combination anchor to a tissue combination anchor.;CONSTITUTION: A groove part(102) is formed between adjacent protrusion parts and has the same thickness as a mesh combination anchor(210). A fixing unit includes at least one staple or fixing string. The staple combines one side of a mesh(100) with one side of an inner wall(C) of a body cavity(S) by gripping. A retraction unit(200) is combined with a retraction point of the tissue and retracts the tissue.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
