PURPOSE: An eddy current array sensor, a roll detection device using the same, and a roll detection method are provided to separate signals caused by matter properties of a roll by using an eddy current, thereby accurately detecting deformity.;CONSTITUTION: An eddy current array sensor comprises a driving coil(125) and a detection unit(110). The driving coil induces an eddy current to a target object. The detection unit is used as a channel for detecting a signal change caused by the induced eddy current. The detection unit comprises a first recognition coil and a second recognition coil. The first recognition coil is composed of a pair of coils.
