PURPOSE: Demand managing type distributed power system is provided to control over consuming power from changed target power by automatically updating the target power of the maximum power managing device according to the received power from the distributed power. CONSTITUTION: The demand managing type distributed power system comprises at least one of loads(241, 242, 243), the distributed power(250), and the maximum power managing device(230). The maximum power managing device receives the information on the first power supplied from the electric power system, and the information on the second power supplied from the distributed power. The maximum power managing device controls the first and the second power to supply the load. The maximum power managing device manages load to prevent from over loading the fixed target power on the load. The maximum power managing device establishes the target power based on the information of the first and the second power.
