PURPOSE: A nonelectric driving type wireless load measuring sensor and a wireless load measuring system are provided to generate a difference of time in which reflected surface acoustic waves reach to an electric wave conversion unit, thereby clearly distinguishing existing surface acoustic waves from transformed surface acoustic waves.;CONSTITUTION: A nonelectric driving type wireless load measuring sensor(100) comprises an electric wave receiving unit(110), a reference surface acoustic wave generating unit(120), a surface acoustic wave transforming unit(130), an electric wave converting unit(140), and an electric wave transmitting unit(150). The electric wave receiving unit receives electric waves applied from outside. The surface acoustic wave generating unit converts the received electric waves into the surface acoustic waves. The surface acoustic wave transforming unit transforms the reference surface acoustic waves depending on loads applied from the outside. The electric wave converting unit converts the transformed surface electric waves into electric waves.
