CONDENSED CYCLIC COMPOUND CAPABLE OF IMPROVING DRIVING VOLTAGE, LUMINOUS EFFICIENCY AND LIFE TIME OF AN ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE, AN ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE COMPRISING THE SAME, AND A FLAT DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A condensed cyclic compound is provided to provide an organic light-emitting diode with excellent performance of high luminous efficiency and life time.;CONSTITUTION: A condensed cyclic compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is N or S, Y is N, B and P, A1 and A2 is a bicyclic or aromatic ring, L1, L2 and L3 is independently one of a substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 arylene group and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent C2-30 heterocyclic group. An organic light-emitting diode comprises a first electrode, a second electrode facing with the first electrode, and at least one or more organic layer inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode.
