PURPOSE: A post reinforcing structure for preventing the buckling of a brace for the seismic reinforcement of a steel moment frame is provided to prevent a brace from buckling using a concrete block and a fiber reinforced plastic sheet.;CONSTITUTION: A post reinforcing structure for preventing the buckling of a brace for the seismic reinforcement of a steel moment frame comprises viscoelastic materials(30), first and second concrete blocks(20a,20b), and a fiber reinforced plastic sheet(40). The viscoelastic materials are attached to both surfaces of the web(13) of a brace(10). The first and second concrete blocks are arranged symmetrically to each other. The fiber reinforced plastic sheet surrounds the first and second concrete blocks to couple the first and second concrete blocks to the brace.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
