Disclosed is a method for presenting published information, comprising: obtaining total exposure of information published in the current day in real time; and obtaining a current presentation proportion of the published information according to the total exposure of information published the current day, and presenting the published information according to the current presentation proportion of the published information. The present invention further provides a device for presenting published information. According to the technical solutions of the present invention, exposure of published information can be reasonably allocated according to a presentation proportion adjusted in real time, so that the presentation of the published information is reasonably and evenly distributed.
