The subject matter described herein includes methods, systems, and computer readable media for tracking contents of a delivery within an organization. One exemplary method includes storing, in a database accessible by a server, a delivery receipt document listing contents of a delivery received by an organization. The method further includes electronically presenting an indication of the delivery receipt document to a representative of a department within the organization to which the contents are being delivered, obtaining an electronic signature from the representative, and associating the electronic signature with the electronic copy of the delivery receipt document in the database. The method further includes providing, via the server, access to the delivery receipt document and the signature.
