This magnetometer with flux door for measuring a component Btz of a magnetic field along a direction Z, comprises: - a substrate (6) extending essentially parallel to a plane XY which is parallel to horizontal directions X and Y and perpendicular to the direction Z, - a first magnetic core (36), manufactured on the substrate, exhibiting a horizontal segment extending parallel to the direction Y so as to channel a component Bty of the magnetic field and at least one first inclined segment (42A, 42B) extending in a direction outside of the XY plane and able to direct at least part of the magnetic flux of the component Btz towards the horizontal segment, and - a first excitation coil and a first measurement coil that are wound around the horizontal segment so as to measure the intensity of the magnetic field in this horizontal segment.
