The present invention relates to a prefabricated hybrid girder composed of precast concrete blocks and steel blocks used as an upper structure of a bridge, and more specifically, to a prefabricated hybrid girder in which two precast concrete blocks are arranged on the outsides thereof, a center block for connecting the same is formed with the steel block, and a gap difference is formed between contact surfaces of connective parts between the blocks to automatically apply prestress force using the gap difference when the blocks are assembled.
