The present invention relates to an assembly type electric heating sheet for curing midwinter concrete and a midwinter curing method using same, and more specifically, to an assembly type electric heating sheet for curing midwinter concrete, and a midwinter curing method using the same, which can preemptively prevent deterioration in concrete quality such as setting retard, initial frost damage, strength development retard, and the like, which can be generated during concrete work in a midwinter environment, can be applied irrespective of an area of the concrete to be cured by assembling a heating unit and completing a heating sheet, and can easily perform the disassembling and post-managing work by replacing only the defective heating unit when a defect occurs.
