METHOD OF RELIABLE AND SECURE EVIDENCING OF THE EXISTENCE OF A DIGITIZED CONTENT ON DATA NETWORKS AND OF ISSUING AN EVIDENCING STATEMENT THEREOF, WITH THE ABILITY TO BE ABLE TO SUBSEQUENTLY VERIFY THE RELIABILITY OF SAID EVIDENCING AND OF SAID STATEMENT. APPARATUS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH
The present invention pertains to a method of achieving maximum security and reliability, as well as possibilities for verifying the conditions of realization of an evidencing on a data network, as well as conditions for issuing a statement of said evidencing. On the Internet, for example, it may happen that two evidencings using the same target URL or IP address as data, made at the same time from two different computers lead to different results: the web contents presented by the two computers, such as the web pages, may be different while the instants of these consultations or browsing sessions are exactly the same. This difference in results may originate in an intentional and malevolent manner. However it may also originate from incaution or malfunctions of hardware, software, or from human sources, committed during the act of browsing, evidencing or issuing of said statement. The present invention sets out to afford a global solution to the evidencings made on data networks, by offering the possibility of being able to verify whether the actions undertaken in respect of said evidencing do or do not exhibit vulnerabilities that may impact the result of said consultation or browsing. For lack of the ability to place 100% confidence in antivirus software and other protection tools such as firewalls, this invention makes it possible to be able to exactly reconstruct the flow of the operation of the evidential finding subsequently, to thus have it assessed by experts to ascertain whether the evidential finding has or has not formed the subject of a malfunction. The apparatus associated with this method is also described in this invention.
