The present invention relates to a rolling friction impact digging method and a rolling friction impact digging machine using said method, comprising a reciprocating impact part. The rolling reciprocating device comprises a guiding rolling body, a guiding rolling body support element, an impact guiding element, and a position-fixing mechanism. The guiding rolling body is disposed at the position-fixing mechanism between the guiding rolling body support element and the impact guiding element, thereby enabling rolling guiding. The impact driving device is disposed with a breaking-off prevention mechanism, a rotary driving buffer device, and a structural buffer device, such that the impact head reciprocate using rolling friction under the support of the impact guiding element, thereby preventing the counter-breaking-off force from damaging a power drive device and a rolling path guiding device, preventing the impact of the reciprocating impact element from impacting the machine body and other elements, and enhancing the integral stability and extending the service life.
