A method for sharing medical image data comprises the following steps: a first sharing device receiving from a mobile terminal of a patient, through NFC, an address, an ID, and a password for a data center; the first sharing device automatically accessing the data center using the address, the ID, and the password, and uploading medical image data, which corresponds to patient information, onto an account that corresponds to the ID; a second sharing device receiving from the mobile terminal, through NFC, patient information, the address, the ID, and the password; the second sharing device automatically accessing the data center using the address, the ID, and the password, and downloading the medical image data which is uploaded on an account that corresponds to the ID; and the second sharing device linking the downloaded medical image data to the patient information and saving same. The method for sharing the medical image data can securely and effectively share the medical image data.
