A method and system for scheduling home health care visits are provided.Client data for a set of clients, home health care professional data for a setof home healthcare professionals. and a resource schedule for the set of clients and the setof home healthcare professionals are stored in storage of a computer system. The resourceschedule isdetermined to have become unsuitable. A change to the resource schedule inresponse to thedetermining is identified. The change to a transit-scheduling server to make arevision to atransit schedule is automatically communicated. Confirmation of the revisionof the transitschedule is received. The resource schedule is revised in response to thereceipt of theconfirmation.
