Submerged installation of hydroelectric transformation. # Lets get Hydropower sea regardless of weather conditions. Comprises a runner (1) connected to a generator. Conduits (5) collect water on the impeller (1) and drive to said impeller (1) by rotating. The impeller (1) is in an upper body (2). The upper body (2) and the impeller (1) are connected by a rotating shaft (4) to a lower body (3). A first line (6) collects water from the bottom of the upper body (2) and moved toward the lower body (3), falling into compartments (10) in the periphery of the bottom of the lower body (3), where the water leaves the lower body (3) by a second conduit (7) to a coil (8) upward. The water leaves the plant at an outlet (9) located at the end of the coil (8) below the impeller (1).
