The present invention relates to a method relates to a method of analysis of the structure by means of dynamic radiation scattering, the method including: irradiate a volume of a medium that contains scattering centers with an incident beam of electromagnetic radiation with short longitudinal coherence with longitudinal coherence length lc along an incidence propagation direction, the incident beam having a coherence skewed by a skew angle ? with respect to the incidence propagation direction, and detect the distribution of the temporal fluctuations of the intensity of the radiation beam scattered from the irradiated volume at a detection angle a with respect to the incidence propagation direction. According to a further aspect, the present invention relates to an apparatus for the analysis of the structure of a medium containing scattering centers by means of the dynamic radiation scattering.
