A method for assessing the deviation of the biological reproductive age from the age according to birth certificate in women provides for taking into account a set of the age-related ranges of homeostasis parameters related to ovarian reserve such as levels of anti-Mullerian hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, inhibin B, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, insulin-like growth factor-1, protein binding insulin-like growth factor-3. The average deviations of the parameters stated above are calculated according to formula (1). The deviation error is calculated according to formula (2):(1)(2)wherein:Dev result of calculating the deviation of the biological reproductive age from the age according to birth certificate in women with the aid of the specified method;AvDev average deviation of the biological reproductive age from the age according to birth certificate;n number of methods used for calculation;age age according to birth certificate;age age calculated by specified method;error error in calculating the deviation.When AvDev is negative, the higher reproductive potential is considered. When AvDev is positive, the use of assisted reproductive technologies is encouraged.
