摘要

A method for study of bio-molecular and bio-chemical reactions in liquid and gaseous media with use of effect of surface plasmon resonance includes irradiation of the boundary between the glass prism (optically more dense medium) and test solution (optically less dense medium), with measurement of intensity of radiation reflected from the layer in which surface plasmon resonance is excited, with detection and determination of concentration of analyzed substance by change of intensity of reflected light at fixed angle of incidence. A device for measurement is placed in thermo-stabilization chamber. Temperature of empty cell is measured. The device is held in set mode during time needed for signals to come to equilibrium. Initial substances are fed to cell for reaction. Endothermic or exothermic character of reaction is determined by difference of signals from temperature sensors.
