摘要

The applied transport-technological complex for postharvest cereal treatment comprises a body, an air separator and a sieve separator of the drum type, a feed unit arranged in the upper part, a collecting-discharging unit arranged in the lower part, a driving mechanism, the sieve drum made as a cylindrical welded frame divided along length thereof into four areas faced by sieve belts, differing by purposes thereof, forming the following single sieves: a dressing sieve, a calibrating one, an unloading one and a sorting sieve, and cylindrical brushes for freeing the openings of the sieves from trapped particles. The sieve drum has at the ends supporting paths, by which it rests on four rubber-coated power-driven rollers. At the inlet area of the sieve drum in the hollow of the first dressing sieve a receiving sieve of a conic shape is fixed. In the internal space thereof a chute, in which hinged units of static magnets are mounted, is arranged, and in the hollow, free of grain products for the entire length of the calibrating, unloading and sorting sieves the air separator is disposed. Said air separator consists of a settling chamber formed by a chute surface inclined at an angle of friction to the horizon and arranged equidistant to the surface of the grain mixture in the sieve drum and by the semi-cylindrical limiting surface, equidistant to the sieve drum, which in the lower part form a channel with a grain-discharging screw and a cylindrical suction pipe with a regulating valve. The limiting surface has a deflector, which together with the wall of an intake pipe forms an aspiration channel connected with the settling chamber along the entire length of the three sieves, and the inlet of an aspiration channel is arranged in the blowing area of grain products particles, involved in the rotational movement by forces of friction thereof along the internal surface of the sieves at the area of coming out from the layers of running material.
