摘要

The present invention relates to a process for obtaining coordinative compounds of Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II) used in therapy. According to the invention, the process consists in bringing in contact a methanol solution containing neutral/deprotonated meloxicam with an aqueous solution containing chloride/acetate of Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), respectively, in a molar ratio of 2 : 1, there being obtained coordinative compounds of Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), respectively, where the metal ion has a distorted octahedral stereochemistry containing the water molecules in the axial positions.
