Since humans start building shelters against weather, they had to solve different problems. The extension of constructed areas is constantly increasing, exceeding in many cases the works for routing water originated by extraordinary events, which cause serious flooding problems and the like, such as a deficient draining and a poor useful life in structures and indoor damages. The study of the impact provoked by the aforementioned phenomena and the use of the expertise of more than thirty years in hydraulic works had led to novel practical equipments for reducing problems caused by floods and hurricanes, which consist in optimizing the materials and facilitating the transport and installation thereof, which may be permanent or sporadic (per event) and affordable. The invention consists in building doors, windows and frames, not only for fulfilling their basic function but also for protection against the aforementioned phenomena, also using the properties of the materials, removing addi tional fittings for sealing said equipments, and turning the same into modular pieces depending on the case for achieving the height and length of the sections to be protected, and without maintenance.
