The fixator of the glans penis contains an annular cover for covering the glans penis during excision of its foreskin. The annular cap is available in circular or elliptical cross-section, and its dimensions generally correspond to the dimensions of the glans penis. Fastening tapes are attached around the perimeter of the annular cap to secure it to the foreskin excision tool. Each fastening tape has an adhesive layer on the underside. The ring cap and fastening straps may contain medical adhesive tape. In one embodiment of the invention, six straps are used. When the annular cap is placed on the glans penis and the fastening bands are connected to the foreskin excision instrument, the head is practically in a fixed position relative to the instrument due to the tension of the fastening bands, because they hold the annular cap on the glans penis. Therefore, removing the dead foreskin reduces pain and reduces the likelihood of bleeding, making surgery safer and more reliable.
