The present invention relates to a wind turbine and motor having a horizontal shaft which is orthogonal to the wind, with vanes fixed to the shaft, which has circular covers secured to the lateral ends thereof, which is installed at ground level and which captures the kinetic energy of the wind, converting said kinetic energy into mechanical or electrical energy if a generator is coupled to the shaft and which includes two or more nozzles, and which is provided with a turntable (rotary platform) and deflector blades.
