PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length adjustable spike capable of coping with columnar bodies of various diameters and shapes, being safely attached, and preventing the intrusion of a thief or the like by a sharp blade after being attached.;SOLUTION: The spike has a belt-like body, a length adjuster fixed to one end of the belt-like body and one or more blades freely detachably attached to the belt-like body. The length adjuster includes a base part for supporting one end of the belt-like body, a worm guide part attached to the base part, a worm rotatably guided by the worm guide part, and an opening for inserting the other end of the belt-like body between the base part and the lower end of the worm. The belt-like body includes a plurality of engagement parts to be engaged with the worm over the length direction of the belt-like body and one or more engaging parts with which the blades are to be engaged.
