PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model-oriented development support device performing model conversion based on whether the change of a model element corresponding to operational information from a user is made or not. PSOLUTION: The model-oriented development support device stores a copy model that duplicates each model element in an upstream process, creates each model element in a downstream process corresponding to each model element in the upstream process of the copy model, creates a trace element in which identification information of each model element in the upstream process, identification information of the created model element in the downstream process, and the updating date and time showing the date and time of creating the model element in the downstream process are associated with one another, and integrates each prestored model element with the model element created based on the copy model on the basis of a predetermined procedure when the content of each model element in the downstream process created based on the copy model is different from the content of each prestored model element in the downstream process and when the updating date and time of the model element in the downstream process is different from the updating date and time of the trace element corresponding to the model element.
