PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent analysis program and the like allowing efficient investigation analysis of a patent.;SOLUTION: A data storage means 2 stores a citation data indicating a relation between a patent document and a citation patent document of citing the patent document. An acquisition means 3 acquires a new citation data indicating a relation to a new citation patent document of citing the patent document. A retrieval means 4 retrieves the citation patent document of citing the patent document serving as an investigation object from a new reference data. A discrimination means 5 discriminates whether the quoted patent document found as a result of the retrieval is included in the citation data or not. A display means 6 displays a discrimination result of the citation patent documents discriminated by the discrimination means 5, while classified into the citation patent documents included in the citation data and the citation patent documents not included in the citation data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
