PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce transaction which is mutually profitable without any burden on parties caused by presenting various estimate sheets.;SOLUTION: In an electronic commerce transaction system, a purchaser can request estimation by a method for selecting a portion of estimated items registered by a seller by using cash points on condition of being returned at purchasing/settlement through a server mediating dealing, and when the seller presents various estimation sheets in response to the requested estimation, the purchaser can select an estimation sheet to perform purchase or the like, wherein the estimation sheets are made a database, and the estimation sheets themselves are information for purchase application, showing merchandise explanation and costs in a shopping mall operation method. This method includes respective steps for: receiving from a purchaser terminal an estimation request that selects one or more among a plurality selection items of estimation request information registered for estimation requests from the a seller terminal; providing an estimation sheet corresponding to the purchaser in accordance with estimation correspondence of the seller terminal to the estimation request; receiving estimation cancellation and purchase application to the estimation sheet from the purchaser terminal; and executing a corresponding process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
