PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an optimal tag to be inserted into a content transmitted by a sender.;SOLUTION: An optimal-tag proposal device of the present invention performs: collecting a tag inserted into each content where a specific word appears; clustering the tags collected from the contents where the specific words appear for respective specific words; determining a representative tag from among the tags in clusters in accordance with the number of collected tags for the respective clusters; collecting the clusters of the specific words every time the specific words appear in the transmitted content, when receiving a request from a transmitting device to insert the tag into the content to be transmitted; determining a candidate tag from among the representative tags of the collected clusters in accordance with the number of collected clusters; and returning the candidate tag to the transmitting device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
