The invention comprises a system control module, an input module, an output module, an interface module, a security module and a communication module. The system control module comprises an USB processor, and connects to and controls the input module, output module, interface module, security module and communication module; the interface module comprises a USB sub-processor connected to a USD device; the security control module is used to make hardware encryption; the communication module is used to connect to the bank network system. By the invention the USB device can be either in PC or in finance transaction terminal.
