PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade type stirring device capable of stirring a material with high efficiency even when a large volumetric heating gas is introduced into a stirring tank, and preventing degradation of drying efficiency of the material.;SOLUTION: A powder collecting device 6 is disposed in a state of being connected with the stirring tank 2 of the rotary blade-type stirring device 1 at its one end side, and having a bag filter 6a disposed on the way of an exhaust duct 5 for discharging the air after drying the material to the outside of a machine to collect the powder of the material associated with the air after drying the material, and a powder returning means 7 composed of a rotary valve 7a, a screw conveyor 7b and a powder return chute 7c, and returning the powder of the material collected by the bag filter 6a to the stirring tank 2, is disposed between the bag filter 6a of the powder collecting device 6 and the stirring tank 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
