PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute intersection information only with respect to vehicles that are running toward an intersection.;SOLUTION: When a vehicle 30a, with an on-vehicle apparatus 30 mounted thereon, moves to within a communication area 10a covered by a vehicle identification device 10, the vehicle identification device 10 acquires an on-vehicle apparatus ID from the on-vehicle apparatus 30, and transmits the acquired on-vehicle apparatus ID to an intersection information distributing device 20. The intersection information distributing device 20 distributes the intersection information to the on-vehicle apparatus 30, corresponding to the received on-vehicle apparatus ID.
