PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning light which can improve visibility of a center section of the warning light, as viewed from the rear, and which is low cost and has a thin shape. PSOLUTION: The warning light 1 includes rotary light units 7 which rotatably emits light; a first fixed light unit 8 for emitting first fixed lamplight to a rotary light unit 7 side; first and second reflecting plates 11, 12 arranged between the rotary light unit 7 and the first fixed light unit 8 and respectively reflecting the fixed lamplight in front F1 and the rear B1; a third reflecting plate 13, arranged backward rather than the second reflecting plate 12 and containing a plurality of slits 40; and a fourth reflecting plate 14 arranged in the rear of the first fixed light unit 8. A reflected light L2 where the first fixed lamplight is reflected by the fourth reflecting plate 14 via a fixed lamplight reflecting surface 42 of the third reflecting plate 13 and reflected light L3 where rotary lamplight is reflected by the fourth reflecting plate 14 via the slits 40 of the third reflecting plate 13 are irradiated in the rear B1, with their being mutually overlapped.
