PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable data processing program, a variable data processor, and a variable data processing system achieving earlier start of confirmation of an image of a record which does not match a template and achieving completion of the confirmation in a short period of time. PSOLUTION: A server 4 receives variable data comprising a plurality of records from a client PC2. A confirmation record extraction part 43 determines whether or not item data constituting the record match a corresponding field of a template 422 and when it determines that the item data do not match the field, extracts the record from the variable data. A preview image creation part 44 creates a preview image in which item data constituting the extracted record is inserted in a corresponding field of the template 422.
