PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically narrow down and present insurance products suitable for an insurance contractor and their recommendation points, in insurance solicitation activities carried out by an insurance salesperson.;SOLUTION: An insurance salesperson repeats processing of: acquiring a question to an insurance contract object person from a question information database; acquiring an answer code value from the question information database in accordance with contents of an answer to the question; acquiring a product code and a grade of recommendation of a recommended insurance product corresponding to the acquired answer code value from a recommendation information database; and updating the grade of recommendation of the recommended insurance product by the acquired grade of recommendation. Then, the insurance salesperson determines insurance products to be recommended to the insurance contract object person by the updated grades of recommendation and presents the insurance products to the insurance contract object person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
