PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device capable of adjusting a top portion of an input device so as to adjust an elevation angle in a vertical direction and right and left inclination angles in a lateral direction in a limited space in the input device.;SOLUTION: An input device capable of adjusting a grip angle, which includes an upper case body unit, a lower case body unit, and an angle adjusting device; and the angle adjusting device are provided. The angle adjusting device includes an elevation unit and an inclination unit. The elevation unit has a vertical rod body which is connected to the upper case body at a top portion and can be hoisted/lowered. The inclination unit has a lateral rod body which is connected to the vertical rod body and installed in a lateral direction. A top portion of the inclination unit is rotatably installed at a lower part of the upper case body unit by a rotation shaft which is horizontal and vertical to the lateral rod body, and a bottom portion of the inclination unit is connected to the lateral rod body so as to move in the lateral direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
