PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a client related to a fund transfer between accounts in securities intermediation transactions.;SOLUTION: A securities server 400 calculates an approximate purchase-agreed amount of a stock included in securities purchase order information and transmits information on a restricted amount of bank money including the approximate purchase-agreed amount to a bank server 300, when receiving the securities purchase order information from a client terminal 200. The bank server 300 transfers the approximate purchase-agreed amount included in the information on the restricted amount of bank money to a special bank account of a client from the bank account of the client. The securities server 400 calculates an adjustment amount for adjusting the value of the approximate purchase-agreed amount and transmits funds transfer information including the adjustment amount to the bank server 300, when acquiring a settled purchase amount. The bank server 300 transfers funds by the adjustment amount included in the funds transfer information between the bank account of the client and the special bank account and then transfers the deposit balance in the special bank account of the client to the bank account of a securities company.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
