PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an effective heat conductivity including an influence of a groundwater flow as needed, and to utilize a flow effect.;SOLUTION: The effective heat conductivity λ as a ground heat characteristic value is assumed, heat balance is analyzed by simulating an operation of the soil heat source heat pump system 100 on the basis of the effective heat conductivity λ, an inlet temperature of an in-ground heat exchanger, and an actual measurement value of a time series variation of a circulation flow rate of a heat medium, and a time series variation Tpoutc of an outlet temperature of the in-ground heat exchanger is calculated. Simulation and determination are repeated while resetting the effective heat conductivity λ until the calculated value Tpoutc and the actual measurement value Tpoutm of the outlet temperature of the in-ground heat exchanger satisfy prescribed conditions to evaluate the effective heat conductivity λ satisfying the prescribed conditions. Then, the operation and performance prediction of the soil heat source heat pump system 100 are executed on the basis of the effective heat conductivity, and an operation time and heat collecting/releasing amounts of the soil heat source heat pump system are adjusted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
