PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly obtain display table information even when transition occurs only in a slave frame when a Web page divided into frames is displayed.;SOLUTION: Obtaining means 3 to 5 obtain the detection event URL of Web browser detection, the display URL of Web browser display and Web browser display content respectively. When it is determined that the frame is not the master frame, a determination means 7 determines that the master frame has been received, and that transition lies only in a slave frame according to the matching of the display URL and the URL of the received master frame, and slave frame whose master frame has been received are recoded in the table 8.
