PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent bar soap in which a plant constituent or a plant extract is included in a soap material that does not contain a petroleum surfactant, a mineral oil, an old indication specification component, an antiseptic agent, a synthetic perfume, and a synthetic dye, and thereby which is gentle to skin and has excellent foam stability.;SOLUTION: The transparent bar soap is characterized by containing the extract and/or the finely pulverized material of Salacia genus plant, and especially, the extract and/or the finely pulverized material of Salacia genus plant are at least one kind of the extract and/or the finely pulverized material of leaf, stem, and root of the Salacia genus plant. In addition, the transparent bar soap consists of the soap material that does not contain a petroleum surfactant, a mineral oil, an old indication specification component, an antiseptic agent, a synthetic perfume, and a synthetic dye.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
