PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo network construction system, a pseudo network construction apparatus and a pseudo network construction method in which a pseudo network that is a virtual network behaving approximately to a real network can be constructed easily on the real network.;SOLUTION: A system, apparatus and method for constructing a pseudo network 200 that is a virtual network having functions corresponding to functions of a real network 100 on a plurality of cooperation terminals 132, 134, ..., using overlay network technology are provided which include acquiring functions and a physical topology of a plurality of terminals and nodes, discovering cooperation terminals and out-of-cooperation terminals from among a plurality of terminals, adjusting partial charging of roles by determining a cooperation terminal which provides functions of virtual terminals playing roles of the out-of-cooperation terminals and a cooperation terminal which provides functions of virtual nodes playing roles of the nodes, causing the plurality of cooperation terminals to construct at least one of the virtual terminals and the virtual nodes on the basis of the partial charging of roles, and logically connecting the virtual terminals and the virtual nodes in accordance with information on the physical topology, thereby constructing the pseudo network on the plurality of cooperation terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
