PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting journal file data standardization system which is capable of improving homogeneity and accuracy for all different participation destinations and besides is capable of providing high value added service, and an audit system using it, and their programs.SOLUTION: The accounting journal file data standardization system reads a participation destination accounting journal file 17, and previously prepares a participation destination data arrangement structure (a) corresponding to a specification for creating the participation destination accounting journal file 17 and reads it out, and retrieves the participation destination data arrangement structure (a) from enumerated data included in the participation destination accounting journal file 17, and connects a data item and a data position of the participation destination data arrangement structure (a) and individual data included in the enumerated data, and generates a participation destination standardization file 18, and consequently standardizes a plurality of accounting journal files having different participation destinations.
