PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present to a user progress in the case that the user would move to a destination by transportation means other than actually used transportation means.;SOLUTION: A progress display system 10 comprises steps of: receiving inputs of a departure point and a destination and also receiving designation of first transportation means; and searching for a main route where a user can move by the first transportation means and a sub route where the user can move by second transportation means different from the first transportation means. Then, the progress display system 10 positions an actual measurement position of the first transportation means and also estimates an estimated position on a second route on the assumption that the user moves on the second route by the second transportation means. The progress display system 10 displays, on the basis of the actual measurement position and the estimated position, progress of the first transportation means on the main route and progress of the second transportation means on the sub route so that they can be compared with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
