PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in creation of an interpretation report by a report creator in an interpretation report creation support system, an interpretation report creation support device and an interpretation requesting device.SOLUTION: An interpretation report creation support system 1B comprises: a medical image server device 12 that stores medical images; databases 17-1 and 17-2 that stores user identification information on an interpretation requesting client, inspection information for an inspection to collect the medical images, fixed phrase name information meaning character information for identifying a fixed phrase and fixed phrase character information meaning character information for fixed phrases, in association with one another; and an interpretation requesting device 19 that extracts a medical image to be interpreted from the medical image server device 12, extracts the required user identification information and the fixed phrase name information corresponding to the inspection information from the databases 17-1 and 17-2, and transmits interpretation request information, which includes the extracted medical image, the extracted fixed phrase name information, the user identification information associated with the fixed phrase name information, the inspection information and the fixed phrase character information, to an interpretation center 30 through a network Nd.
