PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for extracting an aspect-based evaluation point from product and service reviews.;SOLUTION: A system and method includes: generating a text feature vector containing a plurality of elements of total review text associated with one or more multi-aspect reviews of a product or a service, each of the elements of the text feature vector being associated with a term in the total review text; calculating an average aspect evaluation point for each of a plurality of aspects having evaluation points in one or more multi-aspect views of the product or the service; generating an evaluation point vector, the evaluation point vector containing a plurality of values and elements, each of the elements of the evaluation point vector corresponding to the average aspect evaluation point; and generating an estimate model on the basis of an appearance frequency of the text feature vector and each evaluation point vector in such a manner that the aspect evaluation point associated with the text review can be estimated by applying the estimate model to the text review.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
