PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform appropriate lesson evaluation based on students' behavior suitable for the lesson evaluation.;SOLUTION: An abnormal behavior detection unit 150 acquires each power consumption of student terminals 30 used by students who take a certain lesson, and a lesson evaluation determination unit 34 determines that students who use the student terminals having different power consumption from others in the lesson (terminals out of a range of completion determination power consumption) among the student terminals or students whose deviation is lower than a completion determination deviation are non-completion students. And, the lesson evaluation determination unit 34 acquires time length of the lesson and time length of abnormal behavior taken during the lesson in the student terminals 30 that are used by students (completion students) other than the non-completion students, and determines the evaluation of the lesson on the basis of a proportion (lesson evaluation value) of total time length of abnormal behavior (total abnormal behavior time length) in the student terminals 30 used by the completion students to total lesson time length obtained from a product of time length of the executed lesson and the number of completion students.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
