PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social game advertisement delivery device or the like capable of sorting advertisements having an effect of motivating a user to start a social game from advertisements having no effect.;SOLUTION: The social game advertisement delivery device in which delivery of an advertisement ID to a Web page for a social game start screen via a portable terminal is blocked by a social networking side provider device, includes: first storage means that receives an advertisement ID and a first browser ID from a portable terminal and stores the received advertisement ID associated with the first browser ID; and second storage means that receives a user ID and a second browser ID from a portable terminal and stores the received user ID associated with the second browser ID.
