PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably manage address information on various contacts without burden on a user as much as possible, thereby preparing a convenient shared address database.;SOLUTION: Each of contact information extraction units 19b and 59b analyzes information written in each email stored in the own device and extracts address information on a contact. Each of registration destination identification units 19d and 59d refers to a human resources information DB3 to identify a section that is a registration destination of the address information on the extracted contact, on the basis of user identification information and date information on the analyzed email.
