PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a convened person who has not been participated in a conference to listen voices having been exchanged at the conference.;SOLUTION: A conference convocation device refers to a list of convened persons who are in for conversation among a plurality of terminals; calls the terminals to be used by the convened persons; makes terminals having responded to the calls connect to a conference trunk for implementing the conversation among the plurality of terminals; starts recording all voices transmitted by the respective terminals connected to the conference trunk; and enables a terminal which is a terminal to be used by one of the convened persons but has not been connected to the connection trunk to reproduce the recorded voices after termination of the conversation among the plurality of terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
